Brian Heafey

Brian Heafey, Vice President, joined PCCP in February, 2000. Mr. Heafey's role includes origination, negotiation and closing of deals, due diligence, and underwriting. From 1992-1999, Mr. Heafey was with E&Y Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group, where he was promoted to Consulting Manager. From 1997-1999, as a consultant for EYKL, he served as a member of the Cerberus Capital team in Tokyo, Japan, assisting in the acquisition and management of over $800 million in secured loans, consulted with the Lehman Brothers team in connection with its sales of assets for the Financial Sector Restructuring Authority of Thailand, and advised the Bank of Tokyo, Mitsubishi and Mitsui Trust in asset sales. From 1992 to 1997, Mr. Heafey served as a consultant on numerous real estate related acquisitions, including land, retail/entertainment centers, CMBS, HUD multifamily developments, and mixed use developments. Mr. Heafey received his B.A. in economics from Stanford University in 1990.
