Bryan Thornton

Bryan Thornton, Vice President, has been with PCCP since April of 1999. Mr. Thornton is responsible for origination of deals, asset and market due diligence, financial modeling, underwriting and closing. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Thornton was a real estate finance officer at Capital America, where he analyzed the company's balance sheet loan portfolio and created and maintained the company's database for balance sheet assets. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Thornton was an associate with Capital Trust, where he underwrote and closed real estate investment opportunities. Mr. Thornton received his B.S. in Economics in 1995 from Wharton.
